Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LambdaTrain (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using LambdaTrain, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

Use of Services

• LambdaTrain provides tools to upload CSV files, analyze data, train machine learning models, and generate predictions.
• You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• You must not upload files containing illegal, sensitive, or prohibited content.

User Content (Uploaded Files)

• Files you upload remain your property.
• We store them securely and only display file names, column names, and target columns in the admin dashboard for service improvement and error detection.
• We do not process or use the actual content of your files beyond enabling the service.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• We do not collect or store credit card or banking information.
• Only the PayPal transaction ID is retained for subscription tracking.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by LambdaTrain are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in activities that harm our services or other users.

Limitation of Liability

LambdaTrain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload and the predictions you generate are suitable for your intended use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We also strive to comply with international standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
